Daniel Negreanu is a true legend in the poker world. Here is his bio and highlights.Daniel Negreanu is one of, if not the, best poker players of the 2000s. The Canadian pro has won six World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelets and two World Poker Tour (WPT) championship titles over his career.

Negreanu burst onto the scene when he won the $2,000 Pot Limit Hold'em at the 1998 World Series of Poker at age 24, becoming the youngest to do so until 2004. He would go on to win a further 2 more bracelets in the same event in 2004 and 2008, as well as winning bracelets in the A$10,000 No Limit Hold'em and the €25,600 High Roller No Limit Hold'em in 2013.

2004 was Negreanu's most prolific year by far. Not only did he win at the WSOP, but he won 2 more titles in the World Poker Tour: the $10,000 Borgata Poker Open and the $15,000 Five Diamond World Poker Classic. Because of this level of success, he was named the WSOP Player of the Year. He is also the only player to win that award more than once, having won it in 2013 after his success at the WSOP in Asia and Europe alongside his Spring Championship of Online Poker title that same year.

Because of all this success, along with the various money finishes that he had (103 at the time of writing), Negreanu was inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame in 2014. A legend of the game who just can't seem to stop winning, Negreanu has left his mark on the poker world even without being finished with it.
